LOVEMAKING AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE description, LOVEMAKING AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE side effects, LOVEMAKING AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE price, LOVEMAKING AND ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE substance
A study from Switzerland shows that making love up to two hours before an athletic competition may delay your recovery from exercise.
Competitive athletes made love two and ten hours before exercising as hard as they could. They were able to perform at their maximum and maintain their concentration, but their heart rates, two hours after making love, were faster 5 and 10 minutes after they finished exercising, a sign of delayed recovery from exercise, not fatigue from making love.
Their recovery heart rates were not increased when they exercise vigorously 10 hours after making love. So, if you believe that making love on the night before an important athletic competition will harm your performance, don't make love just before you compete and don't take pre-game warmups which use up far more energy than making love, the equivalent of walking up two flights of stairs.
